Placing Orders

  • How do I order?
    • You will need to create a web user account to order products. Go to the Register page to make a new user.
    • If you have a Nelson-Jameson Customer Account set up with us, then you will need to make a new user on our new website. You can connect your new web user account to your customer account for added benefits, including import of your billing and shipping addresses, specific pricing, and shipping routes is applicable. You will need this information:
      • A unique email address where you can receive email.
      • A password that is at least 8 characters in length. Please refer to our Creating a More Secure Password page for tips on how to make your password secure.
      • Your Nelson-Jameson Customer Account Number.
      • Your Shipping Address Zip Code.
    • If you do not have a Nelson-Jameson Customer Account with a 5- or 6-digit number, then all you need is:
      • A unique email address where you can receive email.
      • A password that is at least 8 characters in length. Please refer to our Creating a More Secure Password page for tips on how to make your password secure.
  • What payment methods are accepted?
    Credit Cards
    • Nelson-Jameson accepts MasterCard, Visa, and American Express for online purchases.
    • Establishing Credit: Qualified businesses may also apply for Net 30 credit terms. Call Customer Service at (800) 826-8302 for a credit application.
  • Is my credit card information safe?
    • Nelson-Jameson uses SSL encryption, an industry standard, to protect your account information. We use Element Payment Services‘ industry-leading secure services to process and store your sensitive information. We do not store any of your sensitive information on our website. See the Website Security section on our FAQs page for more information.
  • I am tax exempt how do I show that on my web order?
    • Nelson-Jameson charges tax in CA, IA, ID, IL, MO, MN, SD, ND, PA, TX, UT, and WI. If you are in one of those states and have an account, your tax exempt status is already recorded and you will not be charged tax. If you are in one of those states and do not have an account with us, please contact Customer Service by phone to set up an account and we’ll discuss how to forward us your tax exempt certificates.
  • How do I check on order status?
    • Once logged in, you will be able to check on order status, order history, and much more. You can also contact Nelson-Jameson Customer Service Representatives at sales@nelsonjameson.com.
  • How do I change or cancel an order?
    • Once your order has been placed online, you can call our Customer Service Department at (800) 826-8302 to see if Nelson-Jameson can change the order status before it has been picked, packed and shipped.

Special Orders

  • How do I place an order for your hose assemblies?
    • All of our hose assemblies are custom-made based on hose used, ID/OD, length, ends used and application. And, with all those options, we’d prefer to talk to you one on one to make sure we understand exactly what you want. Please contact our Customer Service Department by phone, fax or email to place your hose orders.
  • What if I cannot find what I need?
    • Call our Technical Sales Specialists at (800) 826-8302 and they will help find the right product to fit your specific food, dairy or beverage application.

Export Policy

  • Do you ship outside the United States?
    • Nelson-Jameson will ship via UPS, Fed Ex or truck to your facility, or allow you to choose the freight forwarder of your choice. Actual shipping charges will be the responsibility of the customer.
    • Note: some items are not available for sale outside the U.S., in which case you will be contacted by our Export Coordinator.
  • How do I arrange an international sale?
