Kshrase® K is a specialized enzyme powder that is used to enhance the flavor profile of Italian-style cheeses. It contains whey protein and is particularly effective in producing a sharp, "piccante," and distinctively "goaty" taste. The development of natural flavor can be attributed to riacylglycerol lipase sourced from kosher pregastric caprine (goat) tissues. Kshrase® K does not contain any animal tissue.
