Specialty designed, complete formulation of surfactants and chelants that remove difficult soils and clean protein in hard water conditions from processing equipment in the dairy, beverage, and food industry. Concentrated formula reduces the need for additional storage and frequent deliveries. Special chelants control scale (hard water and calcium oxalate). Surfactants help reduce surface tension, control foam, and improve cleaning. Does not require adding other ingredients for complete soil removal. Non-phosphated to reduce effluent phosphorus levels. Ideal for CIP of smokehouses, processing tanks, and boil-out applications such as cookers and fryers.
