Sterility is guaranteed. No ethylene oxide or irradiation is required. In the field, the unique hinged-cap design allows the vial to be opened and closed with one hand—reducing the chance of contamination. Caps can't be accidentally switched. Leakproof performance is assured. Containers meet requirements of the USDA dye test, the Federal Milk Marketing Administration, and the FDA as outlined in Standard Methods procedures. Vials are molded of high-density, food-grade, non-toxic polypropylene. They meet bacterial requirements of the Pasteurized Milk Ordinance (PMO). Ideal for bar-code systems and automation. Translucent, except where color is noted. Compatible with Fossomatic™ and MilkoScan™ equipment.
