Highly concentrated and blended, Red Arrow™ Arosmoke P-50 Hickory Liquid Smoke is a robust, natural smoke additive used to impart a stronger smoke flavor with no browning effect. Unique flavored ingredients are used in cured meats by dissolving in brine prior to injection. Water-soluble with exceptional antioxidant properties, Arosmoke P-50 may be used as a direct addition in meats, snack foods, and dehydrated soups. Clear brown, viscous liquid contains Polysorbate 80 and smoke flavor. Used as a flavoring substitute, hickory liquid smoke gives foods a consistent smoked taste and aroma that is similar to cooking with fire.
