Stock merchandise, with certain exceptions, as determined by Nelson-Jameson, Inc. ("Nelson-Jameson"), may be returned at your cost for full credit of the purchase price paid at any time within 60 days of purchase. Product(s) must be returned prepaid and received in saleable condition, as determined by Nelson-Jameson. Exceptions include – but are not limited to – special order items, non-stock items, food ingredients; laboratory standards; and temperature sensitive, hazardous, or dated materials; these are considered on a case-by-case basis. Other returns, including returns received after 60 days of purchase, may be refused or will be subject to a restocking charge (15% of purchase price, at minimum), at Nelson-Jameson’s sole discretion.
To return any merchandise, please call us at (800) 826-8302 or email us at email@example.com to request a return. Please provide company name and location, pertinent information regarding the return, and reason for the return. Our Returns Department will notify you with your RMA number and shipping instructions for your returning product, usually within 5 business days. Credit, if forthcoming, will be issued following receipt and inspection of returned merchandise, unless manufacturer's authorization of credit is required.
Once issued, RMAs are valid for 30 calendar days. Denials, extensions or cancellations are done at the sole discretion of Nelson-Jameson on a case-by-case basis. Approval of RMA does not guarantee credit.
Product defects, as determined by Nelson-Jameson and/or the manufacturer of the product will be handled promptly in accordance with the terms of this policy. Full credit will be issued for such defective merchandise, as well as reimbursement of reasonable shipping charges, as determined by Nelson-Jameson in its sole discretion or that of the manufacturer.
