This month the 71st American Convention of Meat Processors & Suppliers' Exhibition will be held in Kansas City, Missouri. Packers, processors, caterers, and numerous others involved in meat processing will descend on the Hyatt Regency Crown Center this July 15-17th. Numerous meetings, workshops, lectures, etc. are all slated during the Convention’s three-day, jam-packed schedule. If you are attending the Convention, make sure to pencil in a few minutes to stop by and visit the Nelson-Jameson booth (#213) in the Exhibit Hall! We’ll be there ready to help you source all of your operation’s needs from lab supplies to safety equipment.
