Harvested from Mexico where hot chiles thrive in full sun exposure and warm conditions, these fresh and firm peppers create a bright mixture that enhances flavors and food experiences. Peppers are chopped in 1/8" pieces for a polished, consistent appearance with uniform shapes throughout the blend.

Green jalapenos range from dark to olive green, complementing the bright to dark red jalapenos. Packed in a combination of acid and salt to preserve integrity and color, peppers are color-sorted to eliminate undesired colors. The pepper ratio is approximately 70% green, 20% red, and 10% orange habanero with creamy to white seeds scattering. A combination of diced green and red jalapeno with the fiery spice of habanero presents a robust and hot-biting flavor that pairs well with the tropical, fruity taste of the red jalapeno.
