How To Return Merchandise

  1. To return merchandise, please call (800) 826-8302 or email [email protected].
  2. Please provide the following information regarding your return: Company name and locations
    • Item number
    • Order number, invoice number, and/or purchase order number
    • Reason for the return
  3. Our Returns Department will provide you with an RMA number and shipping instructions for your returning product, typically within 5 business days.
    Once issued, RMAs are valid for 30 calendar days. Denials, extensions or cancellations are done at the sole discretion of Nelson-Jameson on a case-by-case basis. Approval of RMA does not guarantee credit.
  4. Credit, if forthcoming, will be issued following receipt and inspection of returned merchandise.

Satisfaction Guaranteed

Stock merchandise, with certain exceptions, as determined by Nelson-Jameson, Inc. ("Nelson-Jameson"), may be returned at your cost for full credit of the purchase price paid at any time within 30 days of purchase. 

To be returned, product(s) must be pre-paid and in saleable condition, as determined by Nelson-Jameson.

The following items are non-refundable:

  • Special order items
  • Custom items
  • Non-stock items
  • Non-returnable / Non-cancelable items
  • Food ingredients
  • Temperature sensitive
  • Hazardous materials
  • Dated materials

Returns After 30 Days

Returns received after 30 days of purchase may be refused or will be subject to a minimum 15% restocking fee, at Nelson-Jameson's sole discretion.

Defective Product

Product defects, as determined by Nelson-Jameson and/or the manufacturer of the product will be handled promptly in accordance with the terms of this policy. Full credit will be issued for such defective merchandise as determined by Nelson-Jameson and/or the manufacturer of the product.
