Fat Extraction Flasks
Borosilicate glass specially fabricated for the fat extrac-
tion test. Each flask meets or exceeds AOAC specifica-
tions.
Kimax® Mojonnier® Fat Extraction Flask
The unique Kimax Mojonnier Flasks for
fat extraction has a screw cap providing
you with a safety feature other fat flasks
cannot offer. This version has a 24-410
GPI thread and is supplied with a black
phenolic cap with PTFE-faced white
rubber liner.
Forcoven Fat Extraction Flasks
These flasks permit the opti-
mum sample size and combi-
nation of reagents. Use the
21 mL bulb for milk. The 27
mL bulb will accommodate
the addition of wetting
agents to disperse dry mate-
rials. Sufficient room for acid, necessary to hydrolyze
cheese, is provided by the 33 mL bulb. Flasks are sup-
plied with #6 corks and a pouring lip. Replacement
corks sold 10/bag.
MOJONNIER® G3 Fat Extraction Flasks
Without pouring lip. Replace-
ment corks #6 (#373-3300)
are sold separately.

Mojonnier Tester Accessories
Designed for use with the Mojonnier Tester. Aluminum
pans and aluminum centrifuge basket for 4 flasks.
Kohman Butter Test Cup
Used for the testing of moisture, fat and salt using the
Kohman test method for butter analysis. Made from
aluminum. Holds 250 cc.
