QuickCheck™ TECH Cryoscope
The QuickCheck TECH Cryoscope is a reliable, affordable and versatile analytical tool for detecting extraneous water
in milk at any point throughout the dairy supply chain. Easy-to-use, accurate, and cost-effective analysis of milk, in
compliance with internationally reviewed and recommended methods (AOAC, IDF 108:2002 & ISO 5764:2009) for
payment purposes. Robust electronics, featuring a streamlined calibration and rugged cooling capabilities. Pro-
vides results that meet or exceed accuracy requirements for QC/QA critical control points including payment pur-
poses in milk collection/reception.
QuickCheck™-IV/GR Cryoscope
Accurate and precise milk testing for adulteration of milk in accordance with current international reference meth-
ods (see ISO 5764:2009, IDF 108:2009 and AOAC), this unit provides ultra-accurate results in ~ 90 seconds. Rely
upon the test the industry has trusted for years: Freezing-Point. The robust, modular construction of the Model QC-
IV/GR is designed to provide you with years of dependable service. User-friendly operation ensures that real-time
results are ready anytime; on demand. Whether your testing needs are for payment purposes, product develop-
ment, production monitoring or simply to confirm positives from screening tests, the QuickCheck Cryoscope offers
steadfast accuracy and unwavering precision to faithfully fulfill a wide variety of requirements. A graph charting the
actual freezing point curve, in real-time for each sample tested, is displayed on the readout display. This provides
in-depth insight helpful for a multitude of purposes, including troubleshooting and research & development. The
QuickCheck Start-Up Kit contains: QuickCheck Milk Analyzer, Model QC-IV Sample Tubes Calibration & Control Solu-
tions, and CryoCool™ Heat Transfer Fluid Stainless Steel Sample Tube Rack.
QuickCheck™ Flex Cryoscope
The QuickCheck Flex is a portable freezing-point Cryoscope, providing precise results for added water in milk in
accordance with recommended reference methods (AOAC/IDF/ISO) for payment purposes. The only 12 Volt -DC
powered (battery)instrument, the portable QC-FLEX is a tool for rural or remote locations off the ‘grid’ or in areas
where AC power is not always reliable. Applications include milking parlors, bulk tanks, collection centers, milk
trucks, use by herd management teams & field reps. Bringing you real-time information about added water, when
you need it – where you need it: Check the bulk tank to monitor for added water caused by improperly drained
lines, condensation, etc. Screen milk samples for extraneous water upon pick up at the farm, prior to loading, to
confirm compliance with recommended levels. Optional AC capabilities (w/an external power supply) facilitate use
in milk reception, on-farm bottling & dairy processing plants.
