  Over my decades in the industry, I have formed many friendships at facilities. I believe the harder you work, the luckier you get. I understand people's feelings and the value of being upfront and honest. Work until you don't have to introduce yourself.  


When a customer provides a recipe for its success, it’s Craig's job to help provide the right mix to bring it to life.

Craig manages a huge portfolio of food ingredients at Nelson-Jameson, making suggestions to customers on current trends as well as recommendations on what is working in other applications. On a daily basis, Craig speaks with customers about upcoming projects and organizes trials while securing materials for bench top, ramp-up, and full-scale applications.

After being introduced to the dairy industry by his grandfather, who was a bulk milk hauler, he has held roles in his 28-year career, including Production Supervisor and Product Administrator, Product Market Specialist, Warehouse Lead, and Product Manager, all at Nelson-Jameson.
