Jess Dolinsky has a passion that lies at the intersection of science, biotechnology, business, leadership, and food manufacturing, born from her roots on a now fourth-generation family dairy farm.
She is able to put that passion into practice in her role with Nelson-Jameson. As department manager for lab products, Dolinsky oversees the department team, ensuring that Nelson-Jameson delivers effective food safety solutions and provides the technical resources customers need to optimize their operations.
Her team also provides technical resources through our team and supplier partners and continuously develops and enhances Nelson-Jameson’s laboratory offerings to stay current with the latest regulations and technological advancements.
In 13 years, Dolinsky has served as assistant department manager/product manager, laboratory technical sales manager, analytical chemist, and process support chemist. In 2022, Dolinsky was honored with the Joseph Mityas Laboratorian of the Year Award by the Wisconsin Laboratory Association and was named A Face of Food Safety in June 2024 for QA Magazine. She is a member of the Wisconsin Laboratory Association, where she served as Board Member at large (2016-2020), 2nd Vice President (2020), Vice President (2021), President (2022), and Planning Committee Member (2024). Jess also has a BS in Biology from the University of Wisconsin, La Crosse.
