As Lisa tells it, the food processing industry chose her.

After formalizing her training with a degree in dietetics from the University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point, Lisa quickly entered the field where she has held positions in sales, customer service, and account administrator, as well as product manager for ingredients over a 22-year career.

At Nelson-Jameson, Lisa currently oversees a team of product managers, buyers and product administrative staff that manage all packaging, ingredients, and chemical products through the entire product life cycle of sourcing to invoicing. Lisa and her team collectively work together to provide solutions to requests ranging from physical products to technical assistance through supplier partners.

Lisa prides herself on her adaptability and willingness to learn new things. She’s also eager to learn what new things customers have up their sleeves.
