Senior VP Strategy & Business Development

With nearly four decades of experience in the industry, Peter has served in key roles such as VP Food & Beverage and VP Global Sales Flavors.

Peter has a strong passion for biotechnology and the food-processing and dairy industries. In his career, he has had the opportunity and privilege to work in multiple global regions, including Europe, Asia, and the United States.

In his current role at Nelson-Jameson, Peter and the broader team are responsible for preparing and implementing a strategy to achieve the company’s key objectives. This entails onboarding new strategic partners (ingredient suppliers) and embarking on new market segments (such as Fresh Dairy, Processed Cheese, Meat, and Plant-based Alternatives).

He also scouts and scopes new prospects for new Nelson-Jameson solutions and works closely with the Ingredient Sales and Product Management Departments. Peter holds a BS in Chemistry and BioProcess Technology and a Post BS Degree in Industrial Marketing and Supply Chain Management.
