Ice Cream Color

Reddish brown, dark liquid, produced by extraction of annatto pigments from the seeds of the annatto tree using aqueous potassium hydroxide. Major coloring principle is norbixin. Water soluble. Color can yield shades from yellow to orange depending upon application and quantity.
