Wood County Junior Fair Board is dedicated to expanding leadership skills by involving area youth members of 4-H, FFA, Girl Scouts, Boy Scouts, or Farm Bureau. Junior Fair Board members help plan and prepare different fair areas to develop opportunities for agriculture education. Coordinating certain events, such as livestock shows, engages interaction with fairgoers and encourages junior members to evolve in public speaking and professionalism.
