Veratox® For Cashew

Veratox VIP for Cashew is intended to quantitatively analyze cashew protein residue in food products, including ultra-high temperature processed beverages, food ingredients, and clean-in-place (CIP) rinses. Limit of quantitation: 0.2 ppm cashew protein (see appendix B). The limit of quantitation is described as the lowest concentration point on the calibration curve that this test can reliably detect cashews. Range of quantitation: 0.2–5 ppm cashew protein (see appendix B). Contact a Neogen representative for dilution instructions to quantify samples above five ppm. Allergen detection: This test detects cashew protein, and the results are expressed as ppm of cashew protein.
