Veratox® For Gliadin

Veratox for Gliadin is intended for the quantitative analysis of ingredients, clean-in-place solutions, and finished food products designed to be gluten-free for the presence of gliadins and prolamins found in wheat, barley, and rye. Limit of quantitation: 5 ppm (Described as the lowest concentration point on the calibration curve, this test can reliably detect gliadin.)
