Free-flowing dustless powder obtained by spray drying and fluidization of an aqueous concentrated extract of grape pomaces selected for their freshness and color qualities. Use for beverage applications. Red to violet red at pH values below 3.5. Hue shifts to bluish violet and blue at higher pH values.
