CeskaCoat WL01 is an anti-mold polyvinyl acetate (PVA) dispersion that can be applied to the surface of various cheeses, including complex and semi-hard cheeses. This aqueous dispersion does not contain Natamycin and is a water-based solution that includes (co)polymers of vinyl acetate. Once applied, either manual or by machine, it quickly dries to form a protective film. 

Ceska Coat WL01 is a cheese coating designed to offer up to 50% increased microbial protection, the highest level of microbial defense available while using the least amount of preservatives possible. It ensures superior quality across all cheese types and processes, fully complying with regulatory and labeling standards.
