Wizard automatic air-powered food drum deheaders prevent contamination of food ingredients. These drum deheaders are USDA approved. Round cutter wheel flattens the cut edge against the drum side leaving a burr-free chime.
No part of the deheader touches the contents. Dirt, scale, and other debris associated with lid removal falls away from the drum, further reducing the possibility of product contamination. The self-propelled unit moves around the drum on its own power while the serrated drive roller provides traction, making this deheader simple to operate. Your operators will appreciate all these safety features:
• Electrical swivel connectors prevent the power cord from twisting and tangling as the deheader propels itself around the drum.
• Drum head lifter, included with your drum opener, provides leverage to safely lift lids away from the drum.
