3/4" Vertical Check Valves for Armstrong-Lynnwood® Steamix® 203 Steam and Water Mixing Station
An ultra-safe, top of the line mixing station that's simple to use. In the event of a cold water failure or sudden decrease in pressure, immediately responds with a complete shutdown. It can safely operate and maintain adequate water flow for washdown with steam pressures as low as 20 to 25 psi.
Workers appreciate the station's user-friendly controls. Simply preset water temperature with one control, then use the other to start or stop water flow. There's no need to juggle two separate flow controls to regulate temperature. For added peace of mind, a temperature locking feature allows maintenance personnel to establish either a required minimum temperature or a safe maximum temperature users cannot override. Proper cleaning temperatures are maintained while assuring safety and preventing waste.
Model 2032P features construction with single handle temperature control and fail safe feature. 3/4" inlets/outlets, 3/4" Y strainers and 3/4" ball valves cross linked by a bridge piece and lever for simultaneous on/off control of both inlet supplies. Unit is fully assembled and installed on a hose rack. Inlet check valves are required and sold separately.
Model 2033P-50 includes all of the same features as Model 2032 plus a dual scale top mount thermometer, 50' yellow washdown hose rated at 400 psi/190ºF, anti-kink spring guard, rubber cushioned water saver spray nozzle with swivel adapter, and nozzle hook.
