Designed to distribute force and increase suspension ease of wear as it self-adjusts to the wearer when the ratchet is tightened. Accessory slots provide added versatility to accommodate cap mounted earmuffs, headgear, faceshields, and welding helmets (all sold separately). Absorbent brow pad provides comfort and ventilation. Features a Uvicator™ Sensor, which shows when it is time to replace the hard hat due to UV exposure.
