Food grade, white crystalline sodium chloride product harvested from ponds near the San Francisco Bay. Recommended for use in products requiring a very fine crystal size for uniform blending. Ideal for dry soup, cereal, flour, spice mixes, and topping snack foods. Contains Tricalcium Phosphate which can improve caking resistance and flowability. Meets USDA, FDA, and Food Chemicals Codex.
