Listeria Indicator Broth PDX-LIB

AOAC approved, PDX-LIB is intended for use in screening environmental samples for the presence of viable Listeria species. Presumptive positive samples will exhibit a color change from yellow/amber to brown black if Listeria bacteria is growing in the liquid media. Just swab your surface with pre-moistened swabs of your choice, pour indicator broth into tube, incubate for 30 to 48 hours at 37°C, read color of sample. If presumptive positive, confirm.
