Packed in a combination of acid and salt to preserve integrity and color, jalapenos are color-sorted to eliminate undesired colors. Firm and crisp textures are maintained by never cooking the green chile pepper. Typical of a hot biting flavor, diced green jalapenos offer a moderate heat level with creamy to white seeds scattered throughout the mixture. SQF Certified.
