Diced jalapenos create a beautiful, eye-catching blend of hot peppers for various food processing applications including cheeses, meat, and premium sauces. Harvested from Mexico where hot chiles thrive in full sun exposure and warm conditions, these fresh and firm jalapenos create a bright mixture of red and green chiles. Peppers are chopped in 1/8" pieces for a polished, consistent appearance with uniform shapes throughout the blend. Green chiles range in color from dark to olive green, complementing bright to dark red jalapenos. Packed in a combination of acid and salt to preserve integrity and color, jalapenos are color-sorted to eliminate undesired colors. The pepper ratio is approximately 75% green and 25% red with a scattering of creamy to white seeds.
