Delvo®Start EM-7 Starter Culture is a Grade A culture media that produces lactic acid bacteria for cheesemaking processes. The starter culture is a whey-based, externally buffered culture media that provides good bacteriophage protection when used in growing mesophilic starter cultures,  which provide cheeses with proper cheese formation, taste, texture, and aroma. Starter culture ingredient composition includes Grade A whey and/or Grade A Whey Permeate, Grade A non-fat dry milk, autolyzed yeast extract, phosphate buffers, and whey protein hydrolysate and/or hydrolyzed casein. White to light brown in color, EM-7 Starter Culture Media is a free-flowing powder for easier handling and processing. Kosher and Halal Certified.
