Delvo®Lac LS-6 Starter Culture Media is a low-solids, Grade A, internally buffered starter medium, which provides good bacteriophage protection and is used for growing mesophilic starter cultures. LS-6 Starter Culture helps produce lactic acid bacteria for rapid acidification, cheese ripening, and improving protein digestability. White to light brown in color, the starter culture media helps the formation of cheese flavor and texture. LS-6 Starter Culture is Kosher and Halal certified.
