ThinkTop V50 delivers instant valve status updates and is designed for ease of use, enhancing production efficiency. Specifically engineered for hygienic valve applications in the food, beverage, dairy, and brewery sectors, the ThinkTop V50 represents next-generation control unit technology.

The ThinkTop V50 model only offers the pulse seat function, while the V70 model offers both burst and pulse seat functions. The pulse seat function involves a quick, intensive pulse of CIP liquid that flows through the gap between the house and valve seat, creating turbulent flow to remove debris and effectively clean the valve seat. This method reduces CIP liquid consumption for drain valve cleaning by up to 95%, leading to improved uptime and higher end-product yields, while also contributing to environmental stewardship through significant water savings.

The ThinkTop V50 effortlessly works with a variety of Alfa Laval valves, such as diaphragm, butterfly, single-seat, and mixproof valves. Its retrofit-friendly design allows for seamless integration with existing ThinkTop models using an adapter. The unit offers intuitive operation with automatic and manual setup options, making the installation process smooth and enabling rapid deployment.

ThinkTop V50 excels in smart communication by integrating with industrial automation systems, including the IO-Link protocol, and offering round-the-clock self-diagnostics.
