The only digital thermometer available today that complies with the applicable provisions of the Pasteurized Milk Ordinance.
• Precise and accurate temperature indication, digital display reads to 0.1°F.
• Display blanks, providing failsafe performance if the differential between RTD elements exceeds 0.5°F, sensor fails, lead broken, or electrial short.
• Sensors can be easily replaced without the need to recalibrate the instrument or effect on accuracy.
• Degree F/C is user selectable enabling global performance.
Sensor, sold separately, has 2" clamp, 5-1/2" insertion, and 25' of cable. Other specifications available.
