AP117 Water Filter Cartridge

Water enters the cartridges at the top, passing through a pre-filter to remove dirt and rust. It is then directed through a depth bed of activated carbon to remove chlorine and contaminants that cause bad taste and odor. The cartridge design ensures that the water is in contact with the largest amount of contaminant absorbing carbon for the longest possible time. A post-filter retains the carbon granules as the water flows through the center hole to the point of use. 1" center hole. Maximum flow 3 GPM per cartridge.
