AQUALAB® PAWKIT Portable Water Activity Meter

This device is designed to measure water activity while you're on the go. It is compact, measuring 3-1/2" x 4" and can easily fit in a lab coat pocket for optimal portability. To take a measurement, flip back the sensor cover and place the device over a standard AQUALAB sample cup. Then, press the button to get a water activity reading and receive results in as little as 5 minutes.
