AquaMetrix 1" NPT Differential Style pH Sensor 60 Series is an advanced differential pH electrode that boasts a chemically resistant enclosure, ensuring reliable performance in various challenging environments. Measuring pH levels from 0 to 14 with an exceptional accuracy of ±0.02 pH, this sensor is designed for precision and durability.
Built with a durable Ryton® (PPS) body, the blue enclosure offers superior resistance to chemical and mechanical weathering, and the replaceable salt bridge can be installed with a standard #3 Philips-head screwdriver. A built-in Pt1000Ω RTD provides automatic temperature compensation for rapid response fluctuating process temperatures.
Equipped with a flat-face electrode for rapid pH readings in demanding applications. There is an encapsulated preamplifier capable of transmitting signals up to 2,000 feet from the analyzer, ensuring installation flexibility.
The P60R5 features 1" NPT fixed threads on both ends of the sensor, and a built-in preamp so the sensor can be installed a significant distance from the analyzer. It features a 1" insertion depth and comes standard with a 15-foot (4.5m) cable.
It is rated for use in temperatures 23 to 203°F (-5 to 95° C) at atmospheric pressure, with a maximum pressure of 100 psig at 150°F (65° C).
AquaMetrix P60R5-015 is compatible with AquaMetrix AM-2250 and AM-2251 liquid analytical controllers and AM-2250TX liquid analytical transmitter. It works with with Hach SC100 and SC200 and Great Lakes GLI53 controllers. It is a functional replacement for GLI DPD1P1 and DPD2P1 pH sensors.
In addition to the chemically resistant Ryton body, the pH sensor also features a ceramic junction, glass electrode, Viton, and Titanium wetted parts.
