B-40 Beet Color

Dark, red liquid produced by pressing of red beet and subsequent pasteurization of the juice. Major coloring principle is betanin. Color can yield shades from red to bluish-red. Kosher Pareve including Passover, Halal certified, and vegetarian. Freeze upon receipt.
