B-40 Beet Color

Dark, red liquid produced by pressing of red beet and subsequent pasteurization of the juice. Major coloring principle is betanin. Color can yield shades from red to bluish red. Water soluble. Kosher Pareve including Passover. Halal certified, and vegetarian. Freeze upon receipt.
