It features a soft polyurethane foam tip attached to a 5.25-inch plastic shaft, which is individually wrapped for added safety. This single swab system provides excellent recovery of clinically relevant bacteria for up to 48 hours. The double-action security cap creates a watertight seal to prevent leakage and drying, while the round-bottom tube allows for easy upright placement in standard racks.
