The Vornado is a compact yet powerful vortex mixer. It features a 4 mm orbit and a fixed speed of 2800 RPM. It's capable of instantly vortexing even large samples, including nearly full 50 mL tubes. With its small dimensions, 3.7"W x 2.6"H x 3.9"D, the mixing unit occupies minimal counter space.

The Insta-Touch™ operation allows the motor to activate with just a slight pressure on the center cup head, ensuring smooth, quiet, and efficient operation. Once the pressure is removed, the mixer stops immediately. The unique head design prevents liquids from entering the housing, which helps prolong the motor's lifespan. It requires an electrical supply of 50 to 60 Hz and consumes 50 watts of power.
