Food grade, white crystalline sodium chloride product harvested from ponds near the San Francisco Bay. Recommended for use in products requiring a very fine crystal size for uniform blending. Ideal for dry soup, cereal, flour, spice mixes, and topping snack foods. Contains Tricalcium Phosphate which can improve caking resistance and flowability.
