The cable is engineered using a 100% Aluminum/Polyester Flexfoil⢠composition to safeguard against Electromagnetic Interference (EMI), which may compromise the quality of transmitted signals. Serving as a robust shield, it either reflects or absorbs intrusive electromagnetic waves, ensuring the integrity of the signal remains intact. A 25% shield overlap offers excellent shielding efficiency.
Stranded conductors are more flexible than solid conductors, allowing more flexibility to navigate through tight spaces and corners or when they need to be moved more frequently. Stranded conductors provide better signal quality and overall offer a larger surface area that may enhance connectivity in connectors, potentially reducing contact resistance. They can handle vibration and movement and are ideal for applications where the cable might be subject to physical stressors.
