Each individually wrapped filter is molded into polypropylene housings, which provide a reliable seal without the need for adhesives. It features a female luer-lock inlet and a male luer slip outlet. The filters are color-coded by membrane type for easy identification. They can be used as a preliminary filtering step to prevent clogging, effectively removing coarse particulates and serving as a pre-filtration option.
