The core function is controlling how, when, where, and how much of a specific chemical or solution is dispensed or "allocated." This often involves precise dispensing to ensure an accurate amount of chemicals used, access control to prevent unauthorized use, and usage tracking to record data about dispensing events.
The system supports up to 100 users and 999 recipes, with a maximum of 6 recipe steps and 16 outputs.
Equipment dimensions are 12" x 10" x 7".
Dispense step timing ranges from 0.1 seconds to 99 minutes and 99.9 seconds, with a maximum of 99 permissions. Permissions are flexible and last between 1 to 24 hours.
The Ethernet port enables remote monitoring of the system's status, configuration, and troubleshooting. It also integrates data for inventory, cost tracking, and compliance, allowing centralized control of multiple controllers from one interface.
The USB port allows users to download usage logs and reports, upload settings or firmware updates, and connect for local diagnostics and troubleshooting.
The RFID reader enables user identification and authorization by allowing employees to scan an RFID card or fob to activate the dispenser. It tracks individual usage for accountability, restricts access to authorized personnel, and, when programmed, can link chemical usage to specific tasks or areas.
Standard HID® RFID card reader allows users to log into the system using new or pre-existing cards.
