A single-component, urethane-modified acrylic coating designed for use on concrete floors. Suitable for areas with heavy foot traffic and lightweight rubber-wheeled handcarts on interior and exterior surfaces. Durable coating, formulated to withstand repeated heavy abrasion, including mechanical wear and tear, and repeated scrubbing with industrial solvents, cleaners, and scouring agents. 

Complies with USDA FSIS regulatory sanitation performance standards for food establishment facilities. The coating is impervious to moisture and easily cleaned and sanitized. 1-gallon/can; 2 cans/case.
