"Danger - Do Not Operate, Maintenance Department" Lockout Tags-By-The-Roll

Available in quantities of 100 and 250 tags, housed inside an eye-catching, octagon-shaped, cardboard dispenser roll. Place 7-1/4" x 7-1/4" x 3-1/2" dispenser in a central location, on a work cart, or carry to where lots of tags are needed. Tags are made of 10 mil PF-cardstock which is tear resistant and waterproof. Tags measure 6-1/4" x 3" with an oversized 3/8" hole. The writable matte surface is printed on both sides with space to sign, date, and add notes.
