Deptal CH™ Caustic Cleaner

Deptal CH™ is a caustic cleaning solution that contains special additives including sodium hydroxide that condenses fats, proteins, and other microorganisms into a liquid to easily rinse away with water. Exclusively formulated for use on a wide range of food processing surfaces, the power caustic cleaner allows single step cleaning of hot processing equipment such as cheese vats, pasteurizers and evaporators. For the most part, Deptal CH™ saves time, labor, and energy as it eliminates the need for additional acid cleaning. Low-foaming and tolerate of hard water conditions, the complex-forming liquid alkaline formula can also be used as a single step for cleaning cold processing and storage equipment without needing chlorine added to the wash solution.
