Dominate No. 286 is a liquid alkaline cleaner that is specifically formulated with grease cutting wetting agents for fat emulsification.
This powerful cleaner contains a high level of wetting agents for rapid soil penetration and grease elimination. Formula also contains chelating agents to help prevent mineral deposits. Dominate No. 286 can be used for boilout of fryers, COP tanks for parts, and is a excellent single pass CIP smokehouse cleaner. With moderate foaming action and less than 0.1% phosphorous content, Dominate No. 286 is approved for use in all food plants including meat, poultry, egg, and dairy.
