CeskaCoat WL01 is an anti-mold polyvinyl acetate (PVA) dispersion that can be applied to the surface of various cheeses, including complex and semi-hard cheeses. This aqueous dispersion does not contain Natamycin and is a water-based solution that includes (co)polymers of vinyl acetate. Once applied, either manual or by machine, it quickly dries to form a protective film.
Ceska Coat WL01 is a cheese coating designed to offer up to 50% increased microbial protection, the highest level of microbial defense available while using the least amount of preservatives possible.
