White to light brown in color, the starter culture is used to produce lactic acid bacteria in cheese production. HP-7 Plus Starter Culture is rBST-free for better health benefits. The composition contains whey (milk), autolyzed yeast extract, and magnesium-phosphate-citrate buffer. Starter culture is Kosher and Halal certified.
