DelvoStart CN-2 Starter Culture Media is a highly concentrated starter supplement that produces lactic acid bacteria for cheese and dairy production. Designed to provide good bacteriophage protection, CN-2 Starter Culture is added in liquid skim milk, skim milk powder / non-fat dry milk, or liquid fresh whey to make a complete starter medium for either mesophilic or thermophilic starter cultures. The powder is white to light brown in color and features ingredient compositions of autolyzed yeast extract, whey, phosphate buffers, non-fat dry milk, whey protein hydrolysate, and starch. DelvoStart CN-2 Starter Culture Media is Kosher and Halal certified.
